Rosenior to Chelsea really is a recipe for disaster, and I’m all for it.

It can't be anything but, I reckon the strong personalities will walk all over him

But, but, but… I thought Amorim just needed 6 transfer windows, £800bn spent on players to suit his system and more time to implement his super special tactical genius?

*insert excuses about AFCON, injuries and anything else the Man Utd fans dream up*

Feels like a lot of club's managers futures are up in the air:

Man Utd, West Ham, Palace, Spurs, Burnley, Celtic

Palace?? Glasners doing a cracking job.

Could be a huge churn in the summer with Pep going. Maybe even Arteta if they bottle it. Isn't Iraola out of contact too?

There's also a fair few international managers likely to be looking for a route back to club football after the World Cup.

The smart move for clubs knowing that they are making a change is to get a pre contract in place during April/May so as not to miss the boat

Rosenior has had a very impressive career so far, totally understand why he'd take the Chelsea job but it'll only end up in tears. All those years of graft building up his profile for what'll probably end up as a 9-15 month stint puppeteering whilst they make loads more mental signings. He just has to hope afterwards he can get a job at a normal PL/top 5 leagues club and get back on track.

I’m sure the massive payoff will set him up for life.

Sounds like Amorim feels like Wilcox is undermining him?

Found it funny on Skysports when Carragher referred to him as a barely passable premier league manager or worse to those effects.

Hoping they patch it up and keep going because they are going nowhere under him.

Gutted they didn't splash mad money on wingbacks though. What they have is salvageable. They would have one of the most potent attacks playing 4231 imo.

I don't rate him at all now. We werent at our best and still got a clean sheet. He's not won in 7 games.

For manager performance you only really need to see the net spend during the tenor and the wage bill. Forn will fluctuate but for performance some form of mean reversion is expected

Perfect for them. He will sit down, shut up and do as he's told. They've been grooming him for this after all.

It seems like in those circumstances they also expect success, which is the part that looks like it'll be his downfall
