KaKa
Probably the best set of players he's ever had as they really suit his style too. He will actually do well, but it's still very poor running of the club at Palace.

Good comprehension skills dude. Well you said 'probably the best set of players he's worked with' then said 'they really suit his style too', which looks like two separate statements to me. I think Palace's squad is pretty average like. Benteke is good on his day but he's very inconsistent, Zaha is good but injured, Sakho will help but other than that it's not a great squad. Cabaye has been on the decline for a while and Townsend hasn't really looked like the player we had here
Kimbo
I think Dann and Sakho will be decent together, and Schlupp can be ok. Milivojevic, Loftus-Cheek, Cabaye, Townsend, and Zaha is a decent bottom half midfield, and Benteke upfront. It's not too good to go down but it's not bad. Dave
He'll do a Pardew/Allardyce. Back to basics, and it'll probably work. After this season, who knows.
ilikenewcastle
He'll do fine. Hodgson at average/crap clubs is a way more successful manager than Hodgson at good clubs.
KaKa
Think that squad is really decent myself. I'd be surprised if he doesn't turn it around. They are built to play his way. Organised, men behind the ball, direct play.

ilikenewcastle
Who's getting the boot first. Harry Bruce Grayson Brucey for me. Can't see Grayson going unless things get really bad. Can they afford it? Who'd replace him?

Kimbo
Do they even have enough change down the back of the sofa to sack Grayson?

Kimbo
Hodgson is an incredibly supple man. http://www.offthepost.info/wp-content/uploads/Roy-Hodgson-bunny-hop.gif
samptime29
Hodgson can keep them up but they have a horrific run after the Southampton game. Could be starting way behind.

jackyboy
Someone else to take over Pardews mess. Every club that Pardew has managed then left are left on the slippery slope to relegation and in a worse stare than when he took over, Charlton, Southampton, West Ham, Crystal Palace and of course us. How this guy gets a job in management amazes me

Stottie
Palace don't a bottom three squad. Their keepers are poor, but so are ours. Big striker, pace/skill on the wings means they can probably get away without much in the way of tactics. I know they've not scored yet, but they've come pretty close a number of times. Enough times to justify de Boer not being sacked.

How this guy gets a job in management amazes me He stagnates the progress of clubs more than anything. Motivational enough in that superficial kind of way and when things doing wrong not having the humility to adapt until the cycle repeats and will then go on like he's an acolyte of Mourinho.
