Swansea City 3 - 0 Newcastle United - 04/12/13 - post-match reaction from p37

Recommended Posts

Can't understand how some people can be happy with the football we play overall, as long as we "grind" the results out. For me football is supposed to be beautiful and enjoyable! Some, sometimes we manage 30-40 minutes here and there. The rest is often f***ing dross and disjointed and clueless.

Swansea always have lots of possession yet they didn't create anything before the goal. I'm not happy with the way we usually play but there are some massive overreactions in this thread.

They didn't score until their goal. That's a new one. :laugh:

Eh? :lol:

Create =\= score, right?

Who cares about what they didn't create, they've scored more than us so far.

I can see what Pardew is trying to do here, if I am honest. Not working though, and we need to step it up. Anita for Tiote, so we move the ball around better and quicker.

aye, he's trying the same as 2 seasons ago and had been pretty similar till they scored. in that game we were much better in possession from about 25mins, today we haven't been.

Trying to play a pacy counter attacking game but has exchanged Ben Arfa for Shola. Sensible approach.

Yes they might have, but why can't we play good football for more than 30-40 minutes? And why can't we be better when in possession? Instead of giving it away most the time..

Because players like Tiote, Williamson, Remy and Shola aren't good enough/don't have the correct style of play to keep the ball for long periods. Anita on would help

I'm sorry if you think that, I just think it's weird to be bothered that they didn't create anything before they took the lead.
