Lloyd Kelly is on more than Ugarte tbf.

These are the upwards of £150,000 a week wastrels I was thinking of, all paid above the NUFC salary ceiling

Think this little collection of turds add up to around £1,500,000 per week in wages ?

Casemiro

Rashford

Mount

Antony

Maguire

Shaw

And Sancho is the cherry on the top. You’re paying him about £100,000ish a week to play for Chelsea

And all of those guys with maybe the exception of Mount and Maguire, have something in common. ;) give it two years and your wage bill will match ours.

Amorim comes across well, but the majority of their players are dullards and can't play his football. It's going to be interesting to see how it plays out, it looks like they will need a lot of new players to play Almiron's football.

Happy for us to help their rebuild.

Froggy's always quick to tell us how great of a season Man U signings have had. Pretty sure you were quite vocal about De Ligt being Bayern's best defender too - he looks shite as predicted

No he doesn't. you just guessing again for the sake of it?

Mazraroui has been brilliant. De Ligt has been good. Ugarte has been very good under Amorim. Yoro is a kid who's just coming into the team after a long injury layoff, but has looked decent. Zirkzee is a bit shit.

If your interpretation of that is me telling you they're all great, then so be it.

We're nearly halfway through the season.

I think being joint top in clean sheets is different than being 7 goals off the top scorer ;)

On a weekend our boy scores three,

Your boy concedes three.

It's actually mad you think he'd get the golden glove 😂

Your team are a total shambles.

We've lost one more game than you and conceded one more goal.

Reminder. Our banter form is considered good for you.

I only waded in because you were silly enough to think Onana could take the golden glove,

such a daft idea, that I claimed, that's like me saying Isak will take the golden boot, then sighting hindsight.

André Onana will not get to the end of the season with the most clean sheets, I'll take that bet all year, you're not a good enough side, only a total utter berk would believe that.

I like banter pal, but the Onana thing, it's just proper silly.

It would appear opposition fans have a very different view of Amorim that we have. He's the perfect character for the job. Whether he has the talent or not remains to be seen, but he hasn't uttered a single word out of place so far despite the immense scrutiny that comes with the role.

I don't think the squad needs as much as people think either, and it's very young. Would hope we can get rid of Shaw, Rashford, Antony, Casemiro and Eriksen in the next 6-7 months to free up some pocket money and invest in players suited to Amorim's system, starting with a LWB.

Getting rid of that lot will be a huge achievement. I can't think of a club who can afford them who'll want them

But fucking shit for you, and that's kinda the point :) when you've got nothing but schadenfreude, you have to take the schadenfreude. You might find out in the not too distant future :shifty:

(I do genuinely admire the fronting up though, textbook away fan on home forum attitude)

Ugarte is class. Pick on someone else.

Can we go back to Rashford or Antony?

Reminds me a bit of the situation with Herrera, then to a lesser extent Fred (for a phase) and McTominay. Looking class at what they do in the context of this Man United side is all well and good, but is what they do what you need to get where you want to be?

I personally think Ugarte is a huge step up from those lads. He's only 23 as well.

isn it more just the 3-4-3 has 2 in midfield which will always be a point of weakness. Thats not a criticism, there are huge strengths to the system but not sure man u has the wide players to best take advantage and if they dont leaves midfield exposed. Chelsea did it brilliantly but chelsea had Kante fairly importantly

Including Herrera? Interesting.

Defensively aye. I loved Herrera. Was annoyed we let him go for nothing, but his wage demands were big to be fair.

Ugarte is miles better than McTominay.
