Ole inherited a Mourinho team that had finished 2nd and won trophies and Ole got them to finish 2nd and won no trophies. Amazing. And Google tells me that Ole’s side had inconsistent xG performances so he couldn’t even give the amateur stat nonces something exciting to tug over. Kid Icarus
Let Froggy have it iyam. Man United fans pining for the days when they were managed by Ole Gunnar Solskjær is a win. Take yes for an answer.

Take yes for an answer. We're pining for the Fergie days, but of all the interims on the table, it's Ole we want. A small difference. Would be pining for a relegation if it got rid of the Glazers. Big River
as long as Carrick isn't absolutely fucking diabolical (the Man Utd standard these days), they'll give him the job on a perm it's so obvious

But INEOS are all about the best in class so it'll hopefully be Luis Enrique in the summer and he'll bring Doue with him.

Lush Vlad
Shame Carrick is taking that job, as I quite like him. Or at least I did as a player. Hopefully he is just as shit as the last however many managers it has been and they drop down the table. Edited January 12 by Lush Vlad
El Prontonise
Boro fans weren't impressed with Carrick so a good appointment I say.

Geordie Ahmed
2 hours ago, Froggy said: Ole finished 3rd and 2nd and got the final of a European trophy. He's played the best football since Fergie by a mile, always said the right things in press conferences and adores the club. More importantly, he knows he has no chance of getting the job permanently no matter how well he does. There's no way Carrick should be the option over him. I suspect that is why they might have overlooked him If he got the vibes going again, got CL and played some more exciting football then there would be an absolute clamour for him to get the job on a full time basis Much easier to give it to Carrick and then go for a permanent manager in the summer
MileyCyrus
Watching the Brighton highlights.... Man U had 7 players in the box for their first goal and yet every Brighton player was basically unmarked. 2 players trying to stop the cross, 3 ball watching, Martinez for some reason decides to go on the line and Dorgu is marking 2 players. Yes Martinez clears it off the line but he fluffs the clearance and if he'd challenged Wellbeck for the header there's probably no goal Edited January 12 by MileyCyrus

bobbydazzla
I saw Michael Carrick putting up a windbreak on the north end of Longsands beach during covid times. Rumoured that Fergie was sat in The View cafe with a hipflask of whisky, shaking his head and tutting. Although I didn't see him.
