His release clause is €25m. Madrid press is saying 18+4, which sounds better. We always get mugged anyway, I'll try no to get too p*ssed about it.

He's been amazing this year, if he's not a one-season wonder, it will be worth that.

Whilst it is always unsettling to see the heavyweights to so easily take young players from the challengers it is a pretty good price for Vidal and Sevilla have the track record that the money will be spent and spent wisely, unlike with NUFC :(

Swansea are such an outstandingly well run club man. Getting some excellent players, and don't seem to be spending crazy amounts, or doing anything particularly crazy to get them in.

We really need to get our act together, because we could easily be doing the same without blowing major money.

Interesting that they are getting these players in with a relatively unknown manager, and without being in England, never mind bloody London. Exceptional stuff.

Annoying as fuck if Ayew goes there. Unbelievable.

We have done some fantastic work avoiding these free transfers so far. Must be saving all our cash for even bigger things........

Confusing given the Vidal signing. Trying to get a decent price?

That and probably because they don't want to be stuck until January with Montoya or Douglas

Yeah, that's the right answer.

Personally I think this season has been his swan song, but we had little choice given our transfer ban.

They'll need to get back to the CL before they can challenge for the league tbf.

I hope you didn't say that two years ago.

That's anomaly because they had the best orthodox #9 in the world in their team. Pretty much most teams in England have a season where they close the gap on the Champions, then overtake. Ranieri's last season. Mancini's first.
