Not sure about Lambert/Ings, but even if you're right Lambert never played for Liverpool. Will be interesting to see what level of role they have planned for Ings. He's been amazing this year, if he's not a one-season wonder, it will be worth that. Getting some excellent players, and don't seem to be spending crazy amounts, or doing anything particularly crazy to get them in.
