Yes, but he was still deadly and scored what, 30 goals in as many games in the league or something. To try to say he could only do it in the Brazilian league (which btw was quite strong back in the 90s) is ridiculous. There's not been many better than Romario at scoring goals. It's all about the Champions League really nowadays. Would've preferred him in the PL because there's 5-6 clubs who could potentially compete for the title. I find it awful to watch a lot of the time with lots of teams playing in the exact same style and don't think the teams are that good.
