Guest firetotheworks
Agreed, he's never relied upon youth and has plenty of years ahead of him because of it. Just like Xavi, Scholes etc. He's a fantastic player like, it's totally shit that he's went to fucking Chelsea.
Guest reefatoon
It's probably much faster to have a look at the username first and decide whether the post is worth reading.
Mr. Snrub
Not to me it isn't, as great as he is Took me 10 words to work out who was posting. Because looking at the username and avatar was far too difficult for you to comprehend i suppose? I tend to read the posts then glance left if needs be. http://humorgo.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/297931_10150365948762057_737930658_n.jpg
triggs
Really hope there is a standout outstanding player in this tournament. I'd love if it was a Zidane like playmaker rather than Messi or Ronaldo but can't think of anybody

Pixelphish
Strange signing on a 5-year contract considering Cesc has been playing competitive football since age of 16 and his footballing age is around 30. A bit like Rooney/Torres. Well, at least next time Mourinho parks the bus in a big game, one of this midfielders will be defensively inept. (Having said that, I doubt Cesc will start any big games). Will be great against the scrubs and relegation fodder in the league though. I.e. NUFC

Trumpet
From Barcelona's official website. Proper trolling But despite glowing starts to each campaign, Cesc’s contributions to the cause gradually decreased as each season drew to a close. From being someone who joined in with the attack, supplying and scoring goals, the magic tended to fade later on in each season. He only scored one, six and one goals in the last 24 games of each season. For some reason, he was never as good in the second half of a season as in the first. http://www.fcbarcelona.com/football/first-team/detail/article/cesc-fabregas-three-years-in-numbers

r0cafella
It will be the Wenger out brigade. Arsenal had first option to buy him back but turned it down
Disco
Wenger getting rid of all that goodwill he recovered at the end of the season in one fell swoop barely a month after. Dat Arsene.

rocksammy
Fabregas counts as a homegrown player doesn't he ? No wonder chelsea wanted.
themanupstairs
Storm in a tea cup. Fabregas is overrated as fuck. He is nowhere near the player that played for Arsenal the season before he was sold. 30 million was it they paid? Fuck off.
mrmojorisin75
What will he play with Fabregas then? Costa up on his own, two out wide (hazard and Oscar starting?) then three in midfield with fabregas the furthest forward? Has potential to be fucking devastating that if cesc and Costa stay fit for the majority and/or they improve the backup to Costa.

Has potential to be f***ing devastating that if cesc and Costa stay fit for the majority and/or they improve the backup to Costa. I think Mourinho would love to partner him with Matic deep in a 4-2-3-1 if he has the workrate. They missed a deep creative player last season. Maybe infront of Matic/Mikel/Ramires in 4-3-3 against bigger sides.
