Everything else is a mess as well at the club, the only thing he did right was bringing in Rafa and that only happened because Rafa's representatives came to him. He can't even agree a deal for sleeve sponsorship which may bring in enough money for 1 player. A quick google search suggests he was company secretary of St James Holdings in 2007 for two weeks and that he failed to act on drafting a consultation letter back in 2015 resulting in 200 people getting 15 minutes notice they were losing their job. As far as I'm aware he came in January and since then we've had two absolutely shocking windows. It seems like Rafa worked fine with Charnley. Charnley and Barnes are not Newcastle fans or even football men, they couldn't give a fuck about us. They are employed by Mike Ashley and paid obscene amounts of money for the pleasure.
