Unbelievable
How long is his contract for? .com has it as tbc Transfermarkt has it as 30.06.2019 (http://www.transfermarkt.com/ayoze-perez/profil/spieler/246968). Don't know where they got that info from mind.
Village Idiot
Max contract length is five years, pretty sure NUFC has gone for that, particularly with a young player.
Unbelievable
Max contract length is five years, pretty sure NUFC has gone for that, particularly with a young player. I think we've done 6 year contracts before. Sissoko was 6.5 when he joined if I remember correctly.

I think we've done 6 year contracts before. Sissoko was 6.5 when he joined if I remember correctly. Mmmmm... Just checked FIFA's regulations on this: http://www.fifa.com/mm/document/affederation/administration/regulations_on_the_status_and_transfer_of_players_en_33410.pdf The minimum length of a contract shall be from its effective date until the end of the season, while the maximum length of a contract shall be five years. Contracts of any other length shall only be permitted if consistent with national laws. Players under the age of 18 may not sign a professional contract for a term longer than three years. Any clause referring to a longer period shall not be recognised. So I guess England allows longer contracts?
Chicane
Pretty sure De Jong signed a six-year contract as well http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28121735
LRD
We've had a number of six-year deals. Fabregas signed an eight-year contract with Arsenal before he left for Barca.
Anderson
Tiote's was 6.5 when he renewed too.
Nobody
We were handing out 5.5 year deals like they were going out of fashion a couple of years back. Dummett signed a 6 year contract, didn't he?

Dan Gleebals
Looks a cracking player already with all the right attributes to be great. Keep feet on ground and work hard and who knows. Either way, we got an absolute bargain at c.£1.5M. Unbelievable really. One of the few things our board/senior management team deserve some credit for in getting him. When you look at the players who have left us recently, no one has amounted to much. If he stays here he'll start and be a legend.

I wouldn't know like, Cabaye not having a great time at PSG, Andy Carroll (nuff said) Demba Ba's big time move hardly worked out for him, Jose Enrique was doing alright for a spell but cant get in the team at Liverpool these days. Bit too early to tell on Debuchy. I'm probably missing loads like but they stick in my mind the most.
