Kanji
Debuchy's final ball wasn't much to write home about either, to me, it was his movement forward and good all around play that made him so dangerous. Defenses or midfields had to constantly worry about him bombing forward or sneaking forward. Attacks didn't stop when he received the ball as he generally made the right choice. Shays Given Tim Flowers
IIRC Debuchy had a pretty decent assist record in France. Not that it matters particularly but maybe it's something we looked at prior to signing him.
LRD
I'd say he has a pretty good cross on him, only that we don't commit players in the box so it wasn't of much use.
Kanji
Then again the king has no movement in box and an arsenal of centre mids all over the pitch

Debuchy's crossing was superb, but it's not easy hitting one man in the box. I think he'll prove his worth at Arsenal where he'll get a lot more support. LRD
He'll be getting less support defensively. The average team would get pegged back by Arsenal's attack and Walcott's pace in front of him though.
Mole_Toonfan
Then again the king has no movement in box and an arsenal of centre mids all over the pitch A final ball is a two way street like almost anything. All a waste of time if no one in the box is making themselves a target.

See my other comment, I think you are right though - his crossing probably didn't show as we had 0 movement and 0 bodies in the box. His crossing would have been immense for Andy Carroll, Leon Best and Kevin Nolan mind you. Imagine Enrique and Debuchy whipping crosses in man. STM
Debuchy will be class for Arsenal, as they keep the ball and attack teams, which suits him.
Kanji
He'll be getting less support defensively. Having Mike Williamson next to him or having Verm, Kos or Mertesacker. I think he'll be good dude!

Arsenal aren't exactly mugs in the transfer market, I'm surprised they went to £8m tbh. But they know they are getting a quality RB.

nufcjb
Looks good but went up into the opposition area to asisst in the 92nd minute. Pardew won't like that.
