My mam and nanna are going, apparently my nanna lived next door to Liam's dad for years, had no idea. My nanna loves a funeral like.

Club have been brilliant, however, I implore all N-O members, please please please, if I meet an early exit on the way to a Newcastle match, do not, under any circumstances, let Alan Pardew turn up at the funeral. Cheers.

Newcastle United have unveiled a permanent memorial to supporters John Alder and Liam Sweeney, who were among 298 passengers tragically killed in the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 disaster in eastern Ukraine in July.

 

The Alder Sweeney Memorial Garden, which has been constructed in front of reception in the main Milburn Stand at the Club's home, St. James' Park, will stand as a lasting tribute to John, Liam and all Newcastle United supporters who have sadly passed away.

From the link I read (can't remember where) it seems they had found body parts. Must be even worse having to deal with that if it was your loved ones. Glad he's finally been found though.
