midds
It's almost as if he was brought back too soon from his injury in order to get some to get some positive, short-term impact to save his manager's job. Is he fit? Not really boss...Fuck it, we need a result, get him in.
huss9
Aarons himself said he was shocked to have been named in the team as he hadn't felt fully fit.

merlin
bad news, but I think Ameobi deserve a run as well. Ameobi was our worst player on Sunday - at fault for giving away possession many times and for the break-down of many attacking moves.
The College Dropout
bad news, but I think Ameobi deserve a run as well. Ameobi was our worst player on Sunday - at fault for giving away possession many times and for the break-down of many attacking moves. No worse than Cabella. Both needed to get hooked by the hour. Ameobi probably after 50 mins. that lad has terrible stamina.

joeyt
Sunday brought press claims that United winger Rolando Aarons - celebrating his nineteenth birthday - was a transfer target for both Liverpool and Manchester City. It's reported that the Jamaican-born player who joined Newcastle during 2012 is yet to be offered improved contract terms, with his current agreement expiring at the end of next season. Since coming to prominence with a fine goal against Schalke 04 in pre-season, Aarons has played 207 minutes of first team football, scoring twice. However he's yet to start a Premier League game. LRD
So the contract he signed in April 2014 is a two-year deal? So unlike us.

bowlingcrofty
In the squad for arsenal apparently. I'd give him the last 5 mins but save him really for the big games.
James
I'd leave him until January tbh rather than rushing him back. He is too young and need to consider the next 10 years not the next 4 games.

loki679
I'd rush him back as quickly as possible even if it means risking him breaking down again because i'm a fucking idiot who can only rely on a bit of magic to save my job.

Village Idiot
I he rushes him back he'll be injured during the January transfer window. That's a sound tactic.
