Soccer Saturday lot finally noticed he hasn't changed the formation or the lineup significantly in some time despite our abysmal run.  They also finally picked up that his substitutions have been awful and that he's heaped criticism on the young players while the senior professionals are worse and get away with it.

It's taken a long old time, but people are finally seeing through him.  He still got far too easy of a ride though considering.

Most of them were blaming our reliance on buying French and Merse was moaning we didn't have enough geordies or English players representing us and that's why we are struggling. You would get more informed opinion down at your local pub.

Oh it's definitely rubbish chatter, but at least they're not saying what a good manager he is anymore.  These people unfortunately have a bigger say in public opinion than any of us would like.  The more negative they are about things the better, at least right now.

They definitely didn't mention Pardew enough though and some of the reasoning is ridiculous.  More Geordies lol, would they say the same about any of the other clubs?  They have a weird obsession with the North East being some vastly different to the rest of England.

What they really mean is we shouldn't be looking to buy foreign internationals, we should be building an honest, local side with ambitions similar to Stoke or West Brom. This is the sort of club we are in these people's minds. It's the better journalists like Henry Winter who still regard us as a big club which should be challenging for Europe.

The money of our owner, combined with our fanbase, stadium and infrastructure mean we could do anything the owner wants to do.  The potential is actually limitless if we had an owner with Ashley's money, combined with the ambition to match it.  We couldn't spend Man City money, but we could spend on a similar level to Liverpool currently are at least.  It's criminal how neglected this club is.  Do we have a billionaire owner, or is that some elaborate illusion too?  I think he must have zero available disposable income the way he goes on.

If we ran our honest local side we'd end up in League One.  The pool of players chosen by the premier league is a huge worldwide base and increases quality.  Staying local would be worse than changing your catchment area from one the size of Brazil to one the size of San Marino, then wondering why your team got hammered every week.

I know we are all gutted that Cisse has done another rescue job, but without wins we won't get out of the bottom 3. A draw has just dragged it out a bit longer. If anything it's making relegation more likely, by the time this twat is finally binned it will be too late to turn it around.

Talk sport banging on about how his changes led to both goals.

It's just so obvious though. Any decent result he gets is always down to some individual talent or brilliance and not his tactics.

Seven games, no wins. I would love to be Newcastle's manager, because there seems to be no pressure on results. Just take your time, wins will come. If not in Premiership, maybe in Championship then.

It really is the Elephant in the room  :bluestar:

The lesson this moron will take out of today is that he makes genius changes from the bench and his master plan is working.  He's that delusional!

The lesson he should be taking from it is that once we started attacking and had a more attacking formation, we actually made the other team worry about us for a change.  You just know that Pardew is too much of a coward though to start an attacking lineup against Leicester.
