Ba went because of a clause in his contract that he insisted upon having otherwise he wouldn't have signed, only thing is that big fucking loud mouth from West Ham opened her gob about it in her weekly diary in the Sun. Our buying policy might be fucked, but we generally get decent players along the line and they're generally not played by Pardew in favour of shit cloggers like Williamson, Gouffran and Colback. Your right Pardew did pimp them out. I still though maintain that Pardew wanted rid of Nolan and Barton because they disagreed with him and they were strong characters on the training ground. Pardew wasn't up to challenging them so they had to go. Barton made it easy on himself by slagging the owner off but I think in there he had a few words with Pardew as well.
