As bad as Lickity Split is, not having to hear or see this utterly disgusting conniving prick is absolutely brilliant.

Like being told you're in remission on a weekly basis.

Slightly less satisfying when you've got another disease that's also killing you.

Of course but with Lickety you know it's not forever; he is simply too shit. With this bellwhiff, before he fucked off I was totally resigned to the thought he was here til he snuffed it. There was no end game in sight. He and his dickhead mates were happy to bleed the club dry. It's very slow moving but we're 3 down from him, JFK and Dickhead Dekka - it could be worse even if the pickings currently are the slimmest of the slim.

Hes got Bolaise and Zaha both are the main attacking threats and are undroppable. Hopefully someone will sign Bolasie and he'll replace them with a Gouffran or maybe even Gouffran and I reckon Zaha will hit long purple patches as he cant do all the attacking on his own and they'll eventually end up the way we went.

Pardew is running to form - takes over a new club, does well for a while, then it all goes to ratsh--. Naturally, he cannot do worse than he did at SJP because he has a Chairman who has allowed him to buy some players whereas the idiot who eventually takes over at SJP will have next to no say in the players he ends up with and with Ashley's record, is more likely to see what decent players he has sold from under him when it suits the trio running the club.

Past history tells you that Pardew has ALWAYS blown it wherever he has managed and Palace will be no different - it will just take a year or two to happen.

People ought to forget about this guy - we have far more pressing problems to think about and the future doesn't look any better than the last 2 years of mediocre to awful performances.

He'd have done even worse here if he'd had a major say in what players came in.

I agree but only to an extent. If he had some 6'4's in defence (that aren't Mike Willo) and a decent target man he wouldn't have sank so low. The problem with our transfers is we only care about re-sale value & position vaguely. Nothing to do with team chemistry or balance. We don't sign players so another can flourish or to compliment them the way a side with any ambition would. If we put our cap on Colo at CB he needed a quickish, strong in the air partner. Put our cap on Cisse we need someone that can hold it up and link play. Sissoko at CM we need a patient intelligent passe.. actually we've got Col...nvm.

It is. Sometimes we don't appreciate the good things in life. Thanks for brightening up my day.

And so it begins...

As things stand Crystal Palace are above Newcastle... When Pardew left #NUFC to join #CPFC, Newcastle were 8 places and 10 points ahead.
