huss9
I don't necessarily think Pardew is a bad guy. Yes he's full of excuses and talks a lot of s*** but he's no Souness or Allardyce. As a manager he simply doesn't belong at this level. This is the pinnacle of professional football with some of the world's top managers and his one dimensional tactics just make him look ridiculous. Decent managers who played pass and move, on the deck football used to be few and far between but highly sought after. Now they're everywhere because that's the way the game is played these days. It has evolved. There are teams playing great football all the way down to league 2. He is a football has-been and that's why he deserves to lose his job. If you don't move with the times you deserve everything you get. alleged affairs with players wives, "the king" bullshit, headbuts, shoves. calling managers cunts, treatment of HBA, lack of any self-awareness or humility. that's just for starters. Dave
I don't think he'll walk out on that contract and I don't think Ashley will pay him off via sacking. They'll presumably come to some mutual compromise, but it'll be at least a few more games yet.

And people feel sorry for that type of man for getting the abuse he gets, or getting humiliated like that at his job every weekend - looking like a bloody fucking inept fraudulent fool. The College Dropout
Tbf he could be in for a 7 figure pay off. It's not like the Fat Cunt is hurting for money.

I think we'll have to be comfortably cut adrift and in a very obviously perilous position before MA pulls the trigger.

Aye, I'm afraid that as long as your owner can look at the table and see that a win gets you out of the red zone, he won't push the trigger. So it'll take a few more games. Wullie
4 of the next 5 games are Swansea (a), Spurs, Man City and Liverpool. I'd say we've reached perilous already. EDIT: Man City's in the cup, WBA (a) is the other game.
Minhosa
Surely to God he's not going to be stupid enough to let this get into the difficult fixtures before taking action? Woah there. Take a step back, a deep breath and then just think about what you've said. And who you've said it about. This is the guy that appointed Alan Pardew in the first place, the guy that appointed Joe Kinnear. Twice. Who appointed a casino pleb to manage our club and who renamed our cathedral on the hill after some god awful Donnay stocking brand.
Vinny Green Balls
It would be utter madness to not see how delicate our position is, and how the likelihood of him turning it around is fuck all. I expect him to be here for a few more games
sempuki
Ashley is a ruthless bastard but a stingy one too. Just no knowing what he will do.

TK-421
Looking at Ashley reaction at the end of the match (not the lip-reading stuff), he looked like he was fed up of it, and seen enough. Hopefully this is it. As said above, we are in bad position right now, with difficult games to come. We will be truly adrift if he doesn't get rid very soon. Specifically when 'anyone else' is people he doesn't like; ie Geordies and journalists.
AlanSkÃrare
Those fixtures man This season will be such a fucking struggle. I really, really want to hope for us to score during that struggle and not feel nervous that we'll equalise during the final 15 minutes.

Varadi
Keys and Gray absolutely ripped into him on BeIN Sports, think everyone knows it;s only a matter of time now... what did they say? Keys talked a fair bit about our record - 5 wins in 25 games in 2014 being relegation form and said that Ashley wasn't really interested in the club and had just bought us on a whim but that if we can't shift the owner the manager has to go, the fans deserve better etc..
