We can do better than Cisse. He has a dodgy first touch and that leads to him missing good scoring opportunities, which for a specialist finisher is a bit of a problem.

I also suspect he's not the most popular figure in the dressing room.

It's difficult with Cisse. On one hand he contributes to us being ineffective going forward by not being able to hold it up and link with others to create momentum. But on the other hand he can score from scraps.

The team would look better with more of a team player up top. But would we score enough goals?

Where do you get that from? You hear that from someone?

No, like I said it's a suspicion, not inside information. Based on a number of individual things which might not mean too much in isolation, but together tend to build up a not too attractive picture.

He's not a specialist finisher, he's a specialist at scoring goals all the time.

Petition to change Cronky's name to 'Cranky'.  Full of cheer that bloke.

Getting pretty sick of the myth that Cissé is shite on the ball. Aye, he's not a Drogba esque target man, but he can hold the ball up fine and got decent vision and passing ability.

Agree, on Sunday I thought he was decent. Should be better this season as well, due to the lack of long hoofs into him.

Peter Sutcliffe had a more subtle first touch.

He has to be he worst player in the squad.
