Ronaldo
Mitrovic has 8 PL goals this season, the almighty Ameobi managed to better that a whopping one (1) time in his whole career here. One would think it'd be time to log off when you start romanticizing peak Ameobi. Shola never started most of a season for us though. He would've done that or come pretty close in 05-06. Waste of time, anyway. Shit player. Thank fuck he's in the lower leagues where he belongs.
Pata
What has happened to Yorkie?
jimmymag
Mitrovic is a limited player in many ways...but some of his abilities are (can become) worldclass. I like the kid coz he cares! Did you say world class??? Not in this lifetime.
Leazes_End_Mag
Shola was s**** most of the time but at his best he pisses all over Mitrovic. Dear god man.
LoveItIfWeBeatU
Will he stay when we go down? No. Which club is going to pay anywhere close to the £15m he cost NUFC? Mike Ashley won't sanction a fire sale. He'll also be on Premiership wages (even in the Championship if it's true NUFC don't put relegation clauses in contracts) so no club other than a Premiership one could afford his wages. Yorkie
I know everyone loves to hate Shola but I still stand by that original statement. Shola on his very best days was a damn difficult striker to play against. Strength, power, shot, out of nowhere some deft touches. Has Mitrovic had a game for us where he's been more than a solid 7? Even those have come around sparingly. Whatever striker he becomes has no baring on this argument.
Kaizero
I like Shola. I don't hate him. He's a funny guy. The comparison is still borderline insanity however.
Ronaldo
Strength, power. Also is tall and has height.
Yorkie
I like Shola. I don't hate him. He's a funny guy. Is that why you promised to kill him last?
Vinny Green Balls
Old Yeller was killed by the one who loved him the most.
vicente_14
Will he stay when we go down? No. Thanks Not so long ago he was considered one of the best young prospects in Europe. Porto & Roma were both credited with a strong interest in him. Whilst he is still very raw and runs like he is carrying a piano on his back, he still has lots of potential, and you can't realistically see someone who not long ago was thought of so highly throughout Europe wanting to stay and scrap in the Championship. One of those two sides could afford him, Russian or Ukranian sides could easily afford him and probably offer Champions League football too, he certainly won't be short of suitors or offers. Him and Perez are pretty much the only two players in our squad i care about and would love him to stay, just seems very unlikely.
Andy84
I think he's one of our only lingering hopes left, a striker coming into a bit of scoring form

SGSC
My one hope after we go down is that this guy stays.
triggs
He's not even really any good either though. Only effective with floated crosses to the back post and even then only very occasionally. Could improve I suppose
TRon
It's quite possible he won't score many next season either. He's not shown much finishing instinct with the ball at his feet, and championship defenders might well be decent in the air.
toontownman
If he is to flourish in England the championship is the best place for mitrovic to find his feet and grow as a player. Perez will be off but Armstrong will be our big hope.
Disco
Reckon he needed to be more isolated today.
TRon
He was saying this week that players like him and Cisse needed better service. Can't argue with that, they are feeding off scraps at the moment.

Hanshithispantz
I thought Cisse played well tbf. They should both be starting though.
Newcastle Fan
This guy man, comes on for 10 minutes and absolutely runs riot.
triggs
Brilliant but would definitely keep him on the bench for the next game. His three best performances this season have come off the bench IMO, today, Spurs and Norwich the other week. Cisse was decent for about 60 minutes as well and then Mitro is a game changing sub to bring on
