Taylor Swift
If he’s going then our incoming will also be done or very close to done. Good news IMO.

Deuce
£20m's a fair price imo. I'm absolutely sick of the debate around him now. Just get a good deal for him and move on. Yup
Dave
£20m is daylight robbery IMO, but no particular hard feelings.
simonsays
Definitley - i like him but his performances at the world cup reminded me exactly the sort of player he is. Scoring goals in the championship is one thing, but he's never going to be prolific enough in the premier league to make up fior his lack of pace and mobility. Potentially yeah, I still think there's a good chance he'll never be any better than he is now. Anyway, good to not have to debate him any more. TK-421
"Telegraph Sport understands that the London club believe they have agreed a fee in principle with the Magpies hierarchy, although there are still details to thrash out over the terms of the payment." We (Ashley) probably want let them pay £4m a year or summit daft.
1964
Mitro is a 10-15 goal PL striker for me, in that bracket. Could improve on that given time and confidence probably. Well he's not, not until he actually does it anyway. Unfortunately he was too often a 10-15 minute PL striker due to his temperament and reputation
Infinitely Content
If we're pulling £20m upfront there's surely no excuses not to bid the 27 million euro for Plea. Unless it's more likely to be instalments from Fulham?

Infinitely Content
I see In which case still no excuses as the Plea deal could be done in similar instalments to what we're receiving for Mitrovic. Man, why am I bothering
TRon
Definitley - i like him but his performances at the world cup reminded me exactly the sort of player he is. Scoring goals in the championship is one thing, but he's never going to be prolific enough in the premier league to make up fior his lack of pace and mobility. I think he'll be best in a 4-4-2 with a striker up alongside, which was never going to be the case with Rafa. It'll be interesting to see how Fulham get along next season if they play that way. If you play attacking football in the premier, you better put away your chances as well because teams will punish you if you don't.
