I've just seen the WBA goal from yesterday. How can they complain, the keeper went over the top of the WBA player to get the ball then fucking dropped it. Too much protection for keepers these days, too many times a fouls is given for them if they cock up. Decent refereeing there I think.

What was that bullshit about Sterling's first goal being offside? Bournemouth defender had gone off the pitch, but that doesn't prevent him from covering.

 

I swear his hand was on the goal-line. Does that make him technically on the pitch? :lol:

 

Well, actually I suppose yes. But even had his momentum taken him completely off it doesn't exempt him from remaining active and providing the cover.

 

Doesn't matter if you momentum takes you off. Defender is active all the time and going off like that doesn't change the offside situation. So Sterling is onside.
