I would've left a wide player until summer and gotten a striker instead. Every new addition makes it harder for them to hit the ground running as a group. They haven't hit the ground running anyway, in case you haven't noticed. Advocating not making new signings because it will potentially upset the momentum of a shit team which has no fucking momentum to begin with. Seek help. Difficult time to develop 'velocity' in Agile talk. That doesn't even make sense. It's difficult to create velocity if a team has core members changed mid-sprint or even mid project.
