Pardew's biggest problem is his ego. If he admitted to himself he was an average manager and developed a decent system, I reckon he would be an okay manager. He says he plays front-foot football but everyone can see he doesn't - no-one has a clue what his tactics are. Pulls, Martinez, Moyes, Allardyce, not world beaters but they can organise and team to play a certain way. Pardew thinks he's Mourinho and will put strikers on the wing and sub his left-backs going for a win.
