Playing West Brom will be no fun at all if he isn't there to take part. Pardew is the best were getting for a rivalry for the foreseeable future.  :kasper:

If he does get sacked he should just start a nation wide tour, popping up at clubs here and there, guest stints all over the place. Initiate that famous Pardew lift, before leaving for the next before things go royally terrible.

I hope he doesn't get sacked. "He never had a chance to implement his brand of football. It takes time to go from Pulis to Pardew's tiki taka."

That's it, like.  We need him to take them down and preferably do a sunderland.

Torn between wanting him sacked and wanting West Brom to get relegated ASAP. Three more games should see them gone, then Pardew sacked, then they can start picking up points from other relegation sides.

Surely Pardew must know the game is up, if the man who hired him has been sacked... for hiring him.

Yeah, while they should quite clearly be sacking him and now is the right time to do it, hopefully he can spin some of his legendary patter and convince them he can turn it around.

I'd then like them to keep him on next season as he's a promotion expert, him fuck it up and the fans turn nasty. I want him hated again.

Pardew doesn't mind criticism of Pardew provided that Pardew himself is the one dishing it out and therefore makes Pardew look like a humble chap who protects his players by throwing himself in front of the bus. I'd be truly flabbergasted if Pardew actually ever believed that he had made any sort of mistakes.

If its not the opposition having that "x facta", or the fans getting too "enfusiastic". Its the pitch, the injuries, the luck, the transfer budget, the spies looking over the fence, the blade of grass which was missed by the groundsman but never Alan Pardew.

John Percy:

'Pardew’s job is safe despite the head coach picking up only one league win since his appointment, though his methods and management are understood to be causing some friction within the squad.'

Some players just aren't open to front-foot tactics. You think Jonny Evans is happy with attacking blitzes leaving him isolated?

Don’t forget he’s also the sports physcologist too mind, he’s the one that makes them tick and can turn their mentality around. He’s fucking phenomenal Pardew like. Helped to split the atom too apparently, doesn’t mention it much as he’s too modest.

Albion flew out to Barcelona for a mid-winter training camp on Tuesday, less than 24 hours after the 3-0 defeat at Chelsea which leaves them seven points adrift of safety. It is claimed that many players are unhappy with the trip.

Not only would he himself spout this bile, but I could picture him in the next sentence stating that whoever took over had more than enough time to turn it around so it's still not his fault, without a hint of irony.

Also, love the contrast of Rafa planning no trip away despite our next game not being for two weeks, while he goes gallivanting in Barcelona when they have the FA Cup Saturday. No wonder the drip is already losing the dressing room.

I see they sacked their chairman and another member of the board. Would be f***ing fantastic if the internal reason was for appointing Pardew and Carver.
