Boro get someone who did ok in the Premier League & Championship, Hull have taken a punt on a manager who won multiple titles going toe-to-toe with Zenit's millions, Sunderland opted for someone who's never been better than a mid-table Championship manager. Honestly think McInnes would have been better. He's at the very least comfortably been second best in Scotland for a few years which is a fair achievement regardless of the standard of football up there.
