TRon
Moyes is spitting fury because Jermaine Lens on loan at Fenerbahce has said he his hopes of staying in Turkey would be better if Sunderland got relegated.
bhoywhonder
Love reminiscing but why, as has been said, do they always resort to tales of us (nufc) getting chinned off them. The irony being that on my 4 visits to Roker Park (including the infamous 1985 game), they were absolutely nowhere to be seen, we had the run of the place, and there were usually large groups of our lot in various bits of their ground. That's not glorifying violence in any way, that's just what I saw. Apparently though, they were a load of crazed ninja pit men who destroyed any team they came up against, regardless of numbers. Everybody was scared of them and they never lost any battles ever. Not being a hoolie dick but.... North Shields Ferry landing. Of the North Shields pubs: The Ballarat, The Sir Colin Campbell, The Mariners Arms, The Prince of Wales, The Porthole, The Olde Hundred, The Top House....all emptied and kicked the living shit out of every mackem who bothered to turn up. Remember that mackem who got his living life kicked out of him by the one eyed Burgo brother and jumped into the Tyne to escape? I do.

There is a thread on there with them arguing amongst themselves about what used to happen back then with some saying that yes, we used to take the piss down there and others denying it entirely even though other mackems who wewre there are telling them that it did happen. geordie_b
Didn't use a single substitute today Not surprising when you look at their bench. In danger of running their few fit players into the ground

Foluwashola
Didn't use a single substitute today Moyes trying to send a message. Or get sacked. He'd probably prefer the latter.
Stifler
massive loss, down , no argument, they were shocking They always survive. They are in a better position to survive this season then they have been at this stage in previous seasons, how anyone can say that they are down is beyond me. Karjala
they are shipping goals now like, 4 at Burnley and 3 at home to Stoke, 2 games they would have expected to get something, while Defoe remains their only scoring hope. Only Fat Sham can save them now. Hull, Palace, Swansea all with new managers and money to spend, mackems don't have enough to sack Moyes never mind buy anyone
AyeDubbleYoo
Pleased to see that one decent player can't save them after all.

midds
Would be hugely funny and ironic if the one time they didn't sack the manager during the season was the one they actually went down. They've seen Swansea, Hull and Palace all go for the bounce and they stuck with Moyes and drop. I'd burst out laughing.

They are 1 point behind Palace. They have looked shocking and easily the worst team in the league for years but always pull it out of the bag. With them only being 1 point behind they have every chance of getting out of it, all it takes is a little bit of luck for them to turn things around and these fuckers have a leprechaun supporting them. shintonsghost
Moyes out again over on RTG. its a meltdown, and rightly so, they are right up against it now, for me they now have no chance of staying up after that, Stoke wiped the floor with them. time to go, ive never been so sure they will now go, and i'm a big sceptic of it
Foluwashola
Tbf this isn't Moyes. They're a shambles and Short is running them into the ground. Glorious stuff.
