Ikon
I would rather have a new LB than a striker. Winger priority of course.

Kanj
Newcastle United to be offered two Real Madrid youngsters for Sissoko? Here are the names http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/newcastle-united-offered-two-real-11692635#ICID=ios_ChronicleNewsApp_AppShare_Click_Other I read somewhere that Llorente was given his debut under Rafa. Would love for Rafa to bring in some highly rated Spanish youngsters.
Figures 1-0 Football
The Chronicle may have got it right by saying we were after four more. Clark, Diame, Knockaert(?) & one other. In relation to Knockaert, Brighton are close to signing Pritchard from Spurs - could that be as a replacement for Knockaert?
Tiotes Witch Doctor
Striker more important than left back like, we have Gayle and Mitro as our only two actual strikers on the books, only two decent ones anyway, we definitely need one more. Whereas left back we have Dummett, Anita can play there Gamez can play there Mbabu can play there (when fit) same with Haidara if hes still alive. Even fucking Colback can fill in. Think LB is the lowest priority personally.

Think we are desperate for striker though.

peder
Pritchard to brighton is sad, would like to see him here if we dont get another Winger.
Tiotes Witch Doctor
Would really love to get Knockaert in mind going off with Brighton fans have been saying about him, skill, determination, perfect attitude etc... Not to mention it would make them weaker and piss them off big time
peder
Think Brighton will be our biggest rivals next season tbh.
Ikon
Like Kanji says, I would also love it if Rafael brought in a couple of promising young players from RM for example. Can't help but feel that there are good players who are extremely talented but just won't get the chance at some clubs. I just love naturally technical players with a silky touch. KaKa
I have a feeling Shelvey will end up at Palace. Think Pardew wanted him in January too.
Tiotes Witch Doctor
Sure I remember Pardew speaking very highly of Shelvey at one point, could happen.
TRon
If we got our £12m back I wouldn't mind if we lose Shelvey. He seems to want to make a go of it this season, I just don't think he has the motor required to be a top central midfielder.
Tooj
I have a feeling Shelvey will end up at Palace. Think Pardew wanted him in January too. He'd have to get rid of Cabaye then.
KaKa
I have a feeling Shelvey will end up at Palace. Think Pardew wanted him in January too. He'd have to get rid of Cabaye then. Would probably play one at number 10. Think he played Shelvey there at Charlton, and also used Cabaye there loads.
TRon
Cabaye is used more as a holding midfielder by Pardew, no reason why Shelvey couldn't play ahead of him. That would be a very technically accomplished midfield, but no bite.
Darth Crooks
I don't like Shelvey. He's gutless albeit it very talented. Captain imagination can have him.
AyeDubbleYoo
Obviously Shelvey hasn't done well but I would still hope he can play a part this season. He gets a pass for last season IMO, everyone basically does. I don't know if he has the attributes to be a top PL midfielder but I'm sure he's not as bad as he's shown for us so far. Deuce
I don't like Shelvey. He's gutless albeit it very talented. Captain imagination can have him. How is he "gutless?" People have this strange fetish with anointing footballers as cowards.
