John P
Pete Graves @PeteGravesSky A lot of work has gone on behind the scenes at #nufc and deals ARE closer. Rafa defo wants an experienced keeper. Joe Hart an option. Wait.
ElDiablo
Prediction: Lejeune in on Friday. Followed by a development squad signing the following Thursday. That'll be it for the next two weeks.
gdm
I reckon we'll get Lejeune in followed by an underwhelming loan signing like Ojo in this week
54
Ryder: Newcastle are not believed to have made a bid for Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart - despite reports. Rafa Benitez is interested in bringing in another goalkeeper this summer, but despite talk of a possible loan deal for the England international, we understand that United have not placed any type of offer on the table for the 30-year-old. Guest
I reckon we'll get Lejeune in followed by an underwhelming loan signing like Ojo in this week You watch your mouth, I'll have you know that Ojo is an NUFC Icon in the year 2020. You'll find that £2.4m was the best money Newcastle ever spent, way better than the £15m they wasted on Jack Grealish.
Deuce
Eye can't see Ojo happening.
STM
Sky say we are interested in Hart, yet Ryder is downplaying it. Tells you everything that Ryder is more reliable than SSN.
Ikon
Not sure why but I have a feeling that we'll get more exciting players than the one's we've been linked with in general (hopefully). Just can't see Rafa signing players that aren't quite a bit better than what we have aldready, at least starters.
thenige
Gonalons (who we were linked to probably forty odd pages back) has signed for Roma now.

Guest reefatoon
This one has dragged on that long, he doesn't even feel like a new signing. Like he has been here for years.
Figures 1-0 Football
Cant wait to see how he gets on during his loan spell at Levante in 2018/19.
sh74
My 12 year old son was at St Jameses today on a business type school day trip and he said him and his mates asked someone who worked in the offices there if we have signed anyone and they said we've signed a goalkeeper. He could just be talking shite though.

sempuki
Portuguese press saying you guys are serious about Samaris. TBF, these are good news to me. I don't like the guy and he's usually not on the starting eleven. He's slow to decide overall and his timings on the ball are usually off, which often results in yellow cards that could be easily avoided. Transmits no security to the team whatsoever. Besides, for 15M~20M? Great deal for us. Sounds class.

toontownman
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/former-arsenal-defender-sean-oconnor-10731138 Some Ryder-esq journalism there. Headline -> Sean O'Connor. First Paragraph Stefan O'Connor. Then a nothing article bascially with the player hyping himself up and no interest confirmed from our part at all. STM
The Merc that is being referred to, is driven from a Hexham travel company, Tynedale Travel, they also do the swanky team bus. It's a silver people carrier with number plate NU something. I drive past it every morning to work.
