For me it's a case of signing relatively youthful but experienced players in those 3 positions then the ones on the flanks can be owt so long as they're good enough. A good quality number ten would bolster the midfield without the ball and be the link between them and the striker. If we create enough chances (which we will with a good number ten) then Gayle, Perez and Mitro should suffice as options for now. Alternatively we sign a better version of Mitrovic and play the likes of Gayle or Perez off them. I like Perez as a striker personally. I think he makes intelligent runs and can be a bigger threat there, but he's just a tad lightweight and that's why Gayle is better. Considering some of our previous back up wingers have been the likes of Obertan and Ameobi then we're already looking in good shape for next season i think.
