The boy enjoyed it, though I think the noise of the second goal gave him a bit of a fright. The daughter was watching peppa pig on my phone by the second half.

Difficult to gauge things based on today; Verona were utterly turd in the first half but improved after the break, though they could hardly do any worse.

Atsu was lively and some lovely slide rule balls inside the full backs from Shelvey, but he isn't going to get that sort of time as much in the PL.

Mitrovic, grafter though he may be, still isn't good enough in my opinion.

Did you take loads of pictures, buy a program and that. My kids are 2 and 1 so a bit young yet. But I'm already planning they're first game.

Bump.

Ryder saying it's an Ireland training camp, A few U.K. away games, a short hop to Europe and one game at SJP.

Can’t see it venturing too far from last years plan, although would be nice to have some confirmation.

Here’s some dates anyway...

Thu 14.06.2018 PL fixture release @ 9am

Mon 02.07.2018 Pre-season training

Thu 09.08.2018 Transfer window closes

Sat 11.08.2018 Premier League kicks off (theoretically that could be Fri 10.08)

Ive booked both. £154 from Liverpool direct to Porto Friday lunchtime until Monday evening. 4 of us in a apartment £426 3 nights so works out about £35 a night. For Ireland ive booked the 11:20 from up here and fly back 9:45 wednesday morning £26.  £57.50 for a travelodge at the airport for a night too.

Hope we get a decent allocation for Hull. Would love to get 2 tickets for that.

Really can’t see that being a problem. Pre-season friendly on a Tuesday night at a reasonable sized ground.

St Pats have said ticket info is coming next week too.

€15 for their league matches I seen so expecting similar as they’ll probably know a few hundred of us could potentially be going.
