KaKa
Brimming with confidence now, and that's all he ever needed to be an effective player. Done incredibly well to make himself a useful and contributing squad player, and it's part of the reason things have gone quiet regarding an additional wide right player. BonesJones
Howe has said in the post match interview that Murphy's wife is having a baby, so that's why he wasn't in the squad. Edited August 19, 2023 by BonesJones
Kid Icarus
If he'd been available we'd have won.

From the emojis he’s already got a bairn so he will be fine. You FOBt pay the 2nd as much attention / worry / kid gloves snd just let them get on with it… Or was that just us
Dr. TC
I love the way he says that his family is complete in a pointed message to his partner that he doesn't want any more

Dish washer was good enough for girl 2.

Flip
Nice guy and all, but few levels above his football this. Runs a lot but seems to make the wrong decision every time. His passes are always behind, often to the wrong player etc. Tripps must lose his shit soon.
The Butcher
Started for the Toon at San Siro in the CL. One for the grandkids. But aye, he's shite

Newcastle Fan
It was his first start of the season and it was against AC Milan in San Siro, i think starting him ahead of Miggy was the right idea and hopefully he'll only get better from here. The College Dropout
Good clearance. Jacob Murphy in it. This is a dream come true so I’m delighted for him. This isn’t his level and it showed.

TRon
He wasn't terrible but didn't really look like he believed he was going to do anything significant. Almiron was worse if anything, looked petrified to carry the ball any distance.
