Don't think Spurs have been good at all

Which in itself is worrying.

Or encouraging on the basis that we haven't allowed them to play well?

We haven't really.  They started last 2 seasons like today.

Striker is a must.

We'd never get the ball to him. But I do agree.

Perez has contributed fuck all today. An actual attacking midfielder is more a priority than a striker imo. Gayle's done just about all he can with the little help he's gotten.

We never really looked like getting more than a draw at best, but I'm going to go ahead and blame absolutely all of this on Shelvey and the injuries.

Reading this thread, sometimes I wonder whether the much-derided mainstream media opinion of our fans is actually fairly accurate. Absolutely embarrassing.

Aye. Looking fairly comfortable at 0-0 at HT and quite a few people pissing their pants that we hadn't completely outclassed Spurs and knocked in four or five

Ritvhie has been, incredibly in effective. The only thing of note you can recall from him in this is that stupid challenge.

This is where you have to notice the hard work defensively of which he's worked tirelessly. You're right though he's not shown much going forward. Atsu has shown much more in that respect.
