A big difference is Huddersfield bought players to improve the first 11 we've bought players who barely improve the squad, Rafa needed backing and didn't receive it and with that we've lost all of our momentum and confidence, Ashley's interview was ver and damaging on this front

At this early stage, we're not devoid of all hope. However, there were some seriously worrying early signs today - Elliot's kicking only gets worse, Gayle barely got a kick, Perez missed a big chance, and Diame is simply dreadful. In terms of the game as a whole, we actually seemed to have weathered the inevitable early storm but lost an awful goal straight after HT (too much space), and then failed to capitalise on our best spell when Hudds sat back a bit.

 

I still think it is too early to judge this season - but would like for us to push for another CF/#10, LB and GK. Pigs might fly if we get all three. Certainly, the home match against West Ham on Saturday takes on big early significance though, considering their own start.

Lossl looks a good signing for them, that was a top level save. Those little moments make the difference. He saves that, Perez misses a 5 yard volley. Manquillo messes up a pull back when in behind. Its just little moments.

 

They haven't actually changed their side much.

I would say this if our opponent is not Huddersfield.  Take a look at their squad.  If you say they have a superior team and the reason we lose is because we have shit players and major weakness in our squad, fine.  Rafa is really free from any blame then.
