Around 20 million supposedly, on the face of it I’d honestly have rather done that deal than the Gordon one.

I think our management have very high hopes for Gordon, this is what Ornstein said at least. Leeds should be kicking themselves, we offered more in the summer. Interpolic
Harrison has lost some form this season but think our main reason for switching targets is age, as he's 26. We've signed two 21 year olds instead of looking at older players. Potentially solves problems in future windows, rather than us forever having this balancing act between strengthening the squad and FFP. Signing older players is kicking the can down the road a bit, in our situation.
Rich
Got Sky Sports News on for the first time since last January. It’s absolutely woeful. Miles behind on most stories, awful “analysis” from Lee Hendrie and David Prutton, plus the joys of a Gary Neville impersonator at 8 in the morning. Harrison Ashby’s a centre back apparently. Downie’s now “outside the training ground”, i.e. in the car park at the stadium, talking about the Berge deal .

FloydianMag
SSN Jorginho Chelsea to arsenal
gbandit
Looking forward to finding out how ‘important’ the fee is. With six months left and at his age, we must be talking £7m-£8m max. Hope Arsenal don’t get too generous
SUPERTOON
Can’t understand arsenal wanting Jorginho, he is the exact opposite of what they are all about as a team.

Older cooler head in the middle of the park to see them through the last 20 minutes of games? Injury cover? They're light in terms of squad numbers and he could step in for a string of games. Experience is vital and if he costs them 6-8m what's that if they win the league?

They lack depth. It's the main reason people gave, including myself, as to why they won't win the league. The signings of Trossard and Jorginho are adding quality strength in depth. I'd imagine it's quite a low fee. I think it's a good signing. With Eriksen out injured I'd have been happy if we showed interest as well. It's not long term.
