Rashford looks straight off the back of a bender there.

I am not sure I buy into the "he'll be great and trigger a move, then fall away".

- He can't even be arsed putting in effort for his boyhood team on £350k

- Apparently would be commuting to training which is 1.5-2hr drive each way. A lot of time sitting in a car, for someone infamous for not turning up or being late. Is he going to be getting up at e.g. 5am/6am for training? Is he fuck.

- He is, by all accounts including Amorim, very unfit

- He looks pretty bad there. Could be a bad picture but he doesn't look lean like he was at all

- Is a bad influence on the rest of the team

- He's 28 this year. By no means old but should be peaking. History shows it's hard to get back from such a low depth at this age (Alli, Lingard etc)

All in all, it's a gamble but I can't see anything other than a failed loan spell and return to Old Trafford.

Woah, so that's us, Chelsea and Tottenham who had strong interest in him

I assume that is a club bids, it means the player is happy to join that club?

If so I wonder who he'll pick from in Summer

To be fair to the mackems, that’ll be £10m in their coffers. They are selling well between Ross Stewart, Jack Clarke and now Watson.

FYP marra.

Rashford doesn't look overweight but he definitely looks like he has that drinkers bloat that I imagine a lot of us know quite well. Could be nothing of course, just saying what it looks like.

I thought he looked bloated, but didn't want to link it to drink in case it was very wrong.

He's probably been partying non-stop since he knows he won't be playing.

Looks like he’s had one too many sleeping pills tbh.

People say Raahford is only 27, but it's less to do with age and more miles on the clock.

He's played 426 games at club level, that's a lot of football. We see time and again, players fizzle out in their late 20's who have been playing first team football since their teens. It can be for a variety of reasons - hunger, professionalism, injuries or simply their body doesn't allow them to be as fit or explosive any longer and they can't adapt their game. Sterling is 30 but he's been done a while now.

I can only imagine that you need to be a consummate professional in order to keep going past a certain point unless it all catches up very quickly.

"Sunderland fans "Tommy Watson is class man, generational talent. Better than Rigg and Bellingham. Loves the club anarl"

Also Sunderland fans "That Watson cunt is gannin to Brighton ffs. Fkn useless anyway. He'd only be on the bench when Mundle is fit. His knee's fucked anyway.

Never wanted to be here the fat cunt. etc. etc"

Brilliant. 😆😁😄
