It's the benefit of being a cartel member. If we're being honest we aren't players first choice so we have to fight for scraps.

For budget reasons yes, but it won't be a factor when it comes to attracting players imo.

Although Liverpool are quickly adding good players, they're losing Trent Alexander-Arnold for free. So it's going both ways.
