triggs
Some of the coments on here man. Aye, you'd think we still had Pardew and Carver. We've not been good enough, and the game is playing out like all the "I told you so"s would suggest, but it's not long since we've been dramatically worse. I don't think we've ever been "dramatically" worse in recent times but those managers had actual decent players to work with
captainhaircut
We are losing at Chelsea away (like we do every year) and people going on like we should liquidate the club ffs It's the fact that we look like absolute shit. As we did against West Brom, Watford, Bournemouth, Burnley, Brighton and Huddersfield. Unable to pass the ball, defensively all over the place, barely a tactical change mate during the game, same shit players picked week in week out while others don't get a chance. We have the same amount of points as Huddersfield and Brighton and have better squads. They also have a defined style of play and really go at sides at home. Yes, we should have spent more. No, it's not an excuse for us being this bad.
Dave
Fans have been superb. Can't understand why they're not booing such a disgraceful surrender.

WarrenBartonCentrePartin
At least we weren't pumped senseless. That's about it. Forget and move on.

triggs
The result in isolation is nothing to get too down about but we really have to get a win soon
Yorkie
Don't feel overly down after that - a manageable level of depression, I'd say. Please just let us get taken over.
TRon
Fans have been superb. They've been class. Great to hear them backing Rafa to the hilt. Some on here could learn from it.
Guest neesy111
Did alright but manager is working with crap.
sbnufc
It's possible to think Ritchie is an average to poor PL player you know. That doesn't always equate to "he's fucking wank he's trash, sell him". overreactions to the "overreactions" this place
Guest neesy111
Ritchie needs a rest of some sort.
Disco
Hurts that little bit more because we got ahead and started well again but a superb per Man United that seemed to kick them into action. They're miles ahead of where we are and it showed across the pitch. Their front 3, Moses and Drinkwater were all top drawer. Annoying? Yes. Expected? Yes. Just need to hope we restart picking up points off those around us.
Cronky
Darlow did well. Murphy looked indecisive at first, but grew a bit in confidence. Otherwise though, they just simply had better players.
54
Pretty much a carbon copy of the Man Utd game tbh, but in years gone by we'd have lost that by 5/6 so the result was to expected.

Odear
Too easy again today. We have no threat up front so unless teams make mistakes we’re really not going to score. And playing against the likes of Hazard etc we were always going to concede. The goals we shipped, I’m not sure would have happened with Lascelles in there though but we'll not know that until he’s back in. Can’t be overly disappointed with the result. We need to limp through the month and hope a miracle happens over xmas.
Infinitely Content
Thought Murphy made a good account of himself again. Went from being shot of confidence to looking like a very brave player. Well done to Gayle for taking his chance, although I would have liked to see him get more involved afterwards, he became very quiet indeed. We were never going to go toe to toe with Chelsea, to get anything out of that game you need a bit of luck and we didn't really create our own today, in which case a few individual errors are always going to cost you. We move on
mighty__mag
Is leaving Shelvey out such a bright idea?
Guest Howaythetoon
We were well beaten and the gulf in class is obvious, but stupid mistakes and our inability to defend the basics such as crosses and balls over the top are costing us hugely. If we are to be honest this is a team full of average players, but some of the team selections and tactics are not helping. Perez and Ritchie in particular need dropped. Infinitely Content
Is leaving Shelvey out such a bright idea? In my opinion, no. We need his quality on the ball to create more chances, even though he is sloppy at times.
