Guest Howaythetoon
He was obviously available during Jan either on loan or as a full purchase so why didn’t we try and tie this deal up as soon as possible? It wouldn't surprise me if we left it so late to save on wages. Either way relying on this guy is risky.
KaKa
Becoming clearer why Rafa wanted to just buy the Danish striker outright. Not sure he was happy with any of the loan options as they were all such injury risks.
Mbemba Youre A Womble
I was surprised by the initial adulation over this signing in the first place - thought it was way over the top. Thought it was an extremely poor piece of business on the face of it which concluded an extremely poor transfer window. Any individual with any responsibility as far as controlling budgets and getting deals done should have some serious questions to answer. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable how they allowed it to go to the 11th hour to get a forward in, and then panic on someone they couldn't bring in earlier in the window. To compound that, the player was injured, not to mention their questionable quality as far as delivering and scoring goals in the PL.
KaKa
Well, let's see. It may still prove to be a very valuable move. Even if it means he makes the difference in us winning a couple more games. The keeper who we got on the last day has already got us a massive result, so I won't write this off as a complete disaster just yet. Still happy we got him over Sturridge, as any injury with that guy is so scary because he has such a long history of them.

Guest reefatoon
Meh, he isn’t our player, just inject him full of pain killers and send him out to play. Then hand him back to Leicester at the end of the season with his thighs falling off. Job done.
Guest covmag
looks like turning out to be a waste of time and effort, best we forget him, 2 weeks out still, the bench ,then no game v leicester so at best a handful of games, fuck it, we go with our rag bag mothers and lets hope they rise to the challenge . this may just be a blessing in disguise

Bench against Tottenham and start against Huddersfield at home hopefully.

Obviously it's a massive disappointment he's injured, but I don't give a toss about wasted money. If he scores a couple of goals they might well be the ones which keep us up.
