But he picked out Gordon for Gordon's assist with a pinpoint pass. And he saved Pope's skin with that goal line clearance. That would have changed the game for the worst, for sure. I'd also been spelling his name wrongly all through the game Was thinking "that looks wrong" each time. And I don't mean the 2 dots (umlaut?). He always is. Still only the Man U game we've lost with him and Thiaw as a partnership and with a decent attack we’d have annihilated them. Perfect place for a left-footed player and I'm curious as to how good he is at them, being such a good technical player. If not him then why not Tonali? It's annoying though - having grown up with O'Brien, Robert, Solano, Shearer et al, we have no one now who can take a decent free kick around the edge of the box - can't remember the last time we scored from one?
