toon25
Villa c***s. They’re f***ing going up. I can't see Derby or Leeds beating them. Me neither sadly. Leeds have the best chance I’d say.
Raconteur
Does that mean we get Rondon cheap? Also, fuck Villa! Come on whoever plays them in the final. The agreed fee in the loan contract is £4m cheaper now, but we’ve lost the option of exchanging Gayle, who has said he’s not moving there permanently if they don’t go up. Odear
That’s a good result for us in terms of whatever happens with Rondon, not a chance he’ll be staying there now. There must be something in the loan deal we agreed where there’s a nominal fee. Time will tell.

Rondon only has 1 year left on his contract they would be mad to reject a swap deal for Gayle now. Gayle plus £5million would do it now I reckon
LoveItIfWeBeatU
Gayle wants to play in the Premiership. He won't sign for a Championship club.
Cronky
Very pleased to see Villa win, from the Rondon viewpoint. Grealish was a class above everyone else. It'd be interesting to see how he does in a good Premiership side. I'd definitely take a punt, but I think he'll have better offers. Abraham didn't impress at all. He looked clumsy at times and lacking in nous. Lousy penalty too.
HaydnNUFC
Gayle wants to play in the Premiership. He won't sign for a Championship club. If we sell him it'll be to one of the promoted clubs. No idea which one. Wouldn't mind keeping him tbh as long as we binned off the Hoss and brought a striker in along with Rondon.
Newcastle Fan
Literally anyone is a better option than Joselu, so why not just keep him.

Marquee striker, Rondon as backup, Gayle as third choice would be decent for next season.

triggs
We're not going to get Rondon and another quality striker in like. Rondon and Gayle would be fine IMO
Stottie
I can't see us having any problems getting decent wedge for Gayle now he's done it twice in the Champo. I'm not adverse to keeping him either, though not for the first 11.

Dinho lad
Gayle wants to play in the Premiership. He won't sign for a Championship club. The other way round! He knows he's not up to PL standards consistently enough and quite clearly enjoys playing in the Championship a lot more. Good luck to him!
