Do they have to play again in this?

We’ll be getting a hammering off Porn Bros United on Sunday I think

Saturday sees Newcastle play their second game in the Premier League Asia Trophy, moving on to the Chinese city of Shanghai.

The Magpies will face either Manchester City versus West Ham at 10am BST (5pm) before the winners play Wolves at 12.30pm BST (7.30pm). Both games are in the Hongkou Stadium.

Dont worry folks, saviour is on his way to China...

Bruce will now fly to China to meet the squad following Wednesday's Premier League Asia Trophy 4-0 defeat by Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Don’t we traditionally look shit during preseason, though?

Just caught the highlights, the 3rd goal watch Shelvey make no effort to get back,  has hands on his knees, if your knees are shot retire.

Anyway good result, hopefully many more to come, turn some more sheep to stay away

yes, even in the days when we were good I can remember some pretty dire pre season friendlies which was why I sacked them off years ago.

I remember going to Scunthorpe on one of Keith Barretts coaches to watch a woeful 1-1 draw in 1993.

Best pre season games were the ones we had in the inter toto in 2001, much better playing competitive games like that than shite tournaments on the other side of the world.

Our loan manager is putting a shift in mind, sorting loans, organising the lads, ringing clubs to ask who wants our lads and if they will fit, putting a suit on and going into Sky (no phone call for him) to praise Ashley and Bruce.

Kilcline barely moved in that match. Awful.
