That's got to be the performance that stops him being one of the first three picks in midfield. Ramsey or Miley needs to come in for most games.

I don’t even know how great he is defensively anymore. At the moment he gives away a lot of soft challenges in our half and breaks up our attacks in the opposing half by mistiming passes. Sick of him

That was one of the most pathetic performances I’ve seen in the black and white. Needs to be dropped for a few games and let Miley or Ramsey play.

Think we should’ve sold and replaced him in 2024 instead of giving him a new contract tbh. His good performances have been few and far between (one being the final, admittedly) for a while now in addition to his quite shocking injury record.

Maybe, but its difficult to answer when they are only playing a game here and there.

Was probably our best player in the cup final last year.  Was worth the new contract for that alone.

 

I think he still has a solid spot in the squad against tougher opposition, but we have better players on the ball against teams we should be beating.

Bruno wasn't a lot better than Joe today. We need to play Miley if we want to keep possession.  Gordon gave the ball away 3 times in the first 15 minutes by trying to skin Wassaka who is one of the quickest full backs in the PL
