Its just he's a teachers pet type, so we are now accommodating any way we can fit him into the team. The likes of Laurent Blanc and Gio Van Bronckhorst openly wanted this job. Yet, here we are. The team won't recover from this. Just a matter of how long they choose to keep it like this under Bruce. They paid compensation for this and so it will likely be this till the very end. He was 11th choice. They didn't want it.
