samptime29
With Saint-Maximin likely out, intrigued to see how we line up. 1-1 (Carroll).

Robster
We'll start with 9 men, play fucking terribly, have 1% possession, and win 0-

Yorkie
Confidence will rightfully be very high and Burnley are pretty rubbish. Could easily get another three points here.
Amir_9
Banana slip. These are due a win against us and need a win in general. Draw or marginal loss. Hope i'm wrong.
David Edgar
Rafa masterclass last season if I remember correctly. Maybe under heavy pressure second half? Might be confusing the season prior...
samptime29
Rafa masterclass last season if I remember correctly. Maybe under heavy pressure second half? Might be confusing the season prior... 2-0 up after 20 mins, with an own goal and Clarke goal. Ended up 2-1 win - held on a little but deserved overall. Ikon
Was it against these away where Ki was so good? Remember us controlling the game very well overall.
David Edgar
Yeah, that's it. Burnley goal was quality, but not sure they did much else. Remember we passed it around the back so well.

It was a lot more comfortable than you suggest and it felt at the time. Burnley did nothing with the possession that they had, the supply was cut off completely in midfield. LV
We’ve done well to achieve safety. Job done. Mission accomplished. Onwards and upwards to the same again next season. Wonderful stuff.
AyeDubbleYoo
If ASM comes back Bruce has actually planned it well. Can’t see Carroll getting much joy.
Ashley17
You'd play Carroll just to defend set pieces more than anything. Clark will be a big miss if he's out too, probably our best header of the ball (aside from Carroll).
xLiaaamx
Ive always thought Fede looks stronger and better in the air than Clark tbh. Obviously Jamaal better than them all. Lejeune's deceptively good too.
samptime29
Will we keep the same formation for this or slightly tweak? Same formation you'd think Carroll up front, and Joelinton supporting him with Almiron. Or a possible 5-3-1-1? Could have the full-backs providing the width, bring in Longstaff for a midfield 3 and either Joelinton or Almiron playing off Carroll? We've won every away game we've been ahead at half time - an early goal could be key for us.
Conjo
Let's beat them at their own game: --------------Blob---------------- Kraft--Lascelles--Clarke--Dummett Longstaff-Hayden-Shelvey-Ritchie -----------Carroll--Gayle-----------

We've won every away game we've been ahead at half time - an early goal could be key for us. It's simple. We drop ASM (whose injured anyway) Joelinton as he couldn't score to save his life, Miggy as he's lost the plot. We then play any of our centre-backs up front. When did an injured player stop Bruce from playing him? Did it twice with ASM already. They'll run it off I'm sure, especially for the proper British players that doesn't go into a coma when a finger nail breaks.
