English football wasn't readily available when I was a youth, so the first great Premier League side I had the chance to really watch consistently was the Invincicles in 2004. To see Arsenal in the condition they are now is incredible. It seems a broken club (not dissimilar to Newcastle), none of the signings have worked and the manager looks lost. This side could genuinely get relegated.

Their signings were so weird. Willian, Cedric and Luiz. Not sure if Arteta had much say in the latter 2 but he definitely did in Willian.

Ozil and PEA on huge money and Lacazette is well dpwn the pecking order. Would love them to get relegated

Arsenal now have the joint 2nd worst amount of losses in the Premier League.

If we win tonight we could be 6 points clear of them, with a game in hand.

If Fulham win, they will be within 2 points of them. Brighton play Sheffield United, they win and they go above them.

Burnley play an inconsistent Wolves on Monday night, again if they win then they go above Arsenal as well.

If their name wasn’t Arsenal then you would look at their recent performances and results and say they were in trouble.

Their signings have been short term gambles for sure.

Ironic that had they’d appointed Ancelotti when Emery left they’d be challenging for the CL places.
