Stifler Posted January 1, 2022 Share Posted January 1, 2022 The shirt pull means a penalty can always be given because our referees insert the ‘intent’ interpretation which allows them to give penalties to the big clubs even when there is no foul. As he was already on his way down it should not have been a penalty, but that rule is there for the likes of Man City (And Arsenal against smaller clubs) to be given those penalties.
