They may have not wanted to before as they knew the BeIn privacy case was an issue but do they have any objections otherwise? Why would they care? As a director it would have to submit a declaration about a whole laundry list of things specified under the rules -- a lot of we haven't done this, we have done that, this is true, that isn't, etc. -- and it would have to comply with PL rules.
