The very fact that this part of North Newcastle has been approved for the construction of the massive "Newcastle Great Park" housing development, which will not be completed for about another 15 years, means that it is not 'Green Belt' protected land, even though (a long time ago) some of it was. Newcastle Great Park is a new suburb of Newcastle upon Tyne. Uniquely positioned in a rural setting, but just 3 miles from the city centre, the park is one of the most accessible locations in the Northeast. The map below shows the location of Newcastle Great Park in relation to some of the key destinations in the surrounding area, as well as the location of some of the key points on the park. You would need to get planning approval changed from residential, to whatever class a training ground would fall under. Not impossible, and (as mentioned in the past) Jamie Reuben's experience in development could prove very useful here. You can bet a lot of home builders have already bought a lot of land keeping it in a land bank for future developments.

Kind of Clubs own Social Club, club shop/Museum incorporated?

Possibly make Shearers’ bar all the way across under the Gallowgate, and/or new turnstile access. Long term ambition maybe to extend it outwards in anyway, towards the road. The Prophet
So far this summer: Darren Eales appointed as CEO. Dan Ashworth appointed as sporting director. Sven Botman, Nick Pope and Matt Targett brought in. Isaac Hayden, Freddie Woodman, Jeff Hendrick and Ciaran Clark shipped out. Additions made to the academy and womens team. Refurbishments made to the stadium. Refurbishments made to the training ground. Sponsorship with Fun88 terminated. New sponsorship with Noon. This lot don't fuck about do they? Pata
I honestly think most people are expecting too much in a too short time frame. PL is really tough right now in the top half, 'big six' followed by clubs like Leicester, Villa, West Ham and Wolves. Looking at the squad values (https://www.transfermarkt.com/premier-league/marktwerteverein/wettbewerb/GB1) we are only ~50 million euros ahead of Palace and Southampton who are at the bottom if we exclude the promoted teams. We are massively behind Leicester and Villa who are 7th and 8th. We need to be the best of the rest just to qualify for the Conference League. To get to CL we need to be ahead of everyone else and three big six teams who are all constantly spending crazy amounts of money too. CL football being such a pull for the elite players makes it hard for us to sign the same caliber of players that teams who are/have been in the CL keep signing. Then there's the FFP. We had a great run to end the season but I don't see it sustainable no matter how good Howe is. In the long run you need to have a squad that is relatively close with the teams you are competing with. I'm extremely happy with our new owners and basically everything they've done so far but I just don't see getting to the CL even in 4-5 years a very likely outcome. The damage Ashley did to us will take years and years to overcome. It's nice to have the club back but hope our fans can keep their expectations realistic and can enjoy that we are trying again. ponsaelius
While I agree there's a chance we won't be in the CL for 4-5 years, there's also a reasonable outside chance we will. West Ham and Leicester have both not been far away in recent years. Bit of momentum can go a long way.

It will just be incredibly hard. Big six squad values are 2-3 times that of ours and they are likely to spend just as much as we are spending. They also have sellable assets that we sadly lack for the foreseeable future. Then there’s the next tier of well ran clubs that are spending too that we would have to overcome.
