I think there should be a rule similar to the loses one that allows additional payments into the club based on actual ticket cost vs max ticket price in the league. So for example: Newcastle could keep their prices as are. Say 40 quid for a behind the goal ticket. If Fulham/Chelsea are charging 100 quid that should allow our owners to inject 60 quid (per ticket) We want newcastle to compete. But it has to remain priced as it is.
